Packaging & Presentation

Every Malqeta order is gift-wrapped and presented in our premium packaging — ready to give or to keep. If you are sending a gift and would like a personal card included, simply add a note at checkout or email us at info@malqeta.com before your order ships.

Processing Time

Shani Collection items ship within 3–5 business days of order confirmation. Bareket and Argaman pieces — being hand-embroidered to order or available in very limited stock — may require 7–14 business days before dispatch. We will confirm the expected timeline by email after your order is placed.

Orders are not processed on Shabbat or Jewish holidays.

Shipping to the United States
Important notice for US customers: Imports to the United States may be subject to customs duties and import tariffs imposed by US authorities. These charges are outside our control, are not included in our shipping rate, and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Malqeta is not able to predict, cover, or refund any customs or tariff charges applied by US Customs and Border Protection.

We strongly recommend checking current US import tariff rates for embroidered textiles before placing your order. For any questions, write to us at info@malqeta.com and we will assist where we can.

Customs & Import Duties (All Countries)

International shipments may be subject to customs clearance, import duties, and local taxes in the destination country. These charges vary by country and are the buyer's responsibility. Malqeta has no control over these charges and cannot refund, cover, or estimate them.

Packages are declared at full value in accordance with Israeli and international postal regulations. We are unable to mark shipments as "gifts" or undervalue declared contents.

Returns Policy

Due to the custom and handmade nature of every Malqeta piece, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each item is embroidered by hand and produced in very limited quantities. We ask that you review product descriptions, dimensions, and images carefully before purchasing.

If you have any questions about a specific piece before ordering, we are always happy to provide additional photography, measurements, or detail shots — simply write to info@malqeta.com before you place your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged in transit or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@malqeta.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damage or issue.

We will review each case individually and, where the fault is on our side, arrange a replacement, repair, or store credit. Claims made after 48 hours of confirmed delivery cannot be considered.

Please note: natural variation in hand embroidery — slight differences in stitch placement, bead finish, or thread weight — is not considered damage. These are characteristics of handmade work and are described in our product listings.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

All international orders are sent with tracking. Once a package has been handed to the postal carrier, transit times and any delays are outside our control. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 21 days, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
